The University of Medicine and Health Sciences now has an
android App available for the LMS (Learning Management System). This new App provides you mobile access to many of the features, course content, and activities you find on the UMHS LMS.
(
currently only available for android devices)
To set up the UMHS LMS App on your mobile device please follow these steps:
- Have the online App provider 'Aptoide' store on your device.
- Search for 'UMHS' in the Aptoide store (it is a free application)
- Download the App to your mobile.
- Login to the App with your personal LMS credentials.

The
DynaMed Mobile App
comes with our UMHS subscription giving you access to all of the
content on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
The new and improved mobile app provides:
- Improved user experience
- Seamless authentication
- Easy access
Features that meet clinician’s needs:
- Access content offline
- Bookmark Favorites
- Email topics
- Write and save notes about particular topics
Easy download instructions:
Download
the complete DynaMed
content set and you will receive notifications to update the content
periodically.
- Download the free
DynaMed App from the iTunes Store or Google Play.
- Log in to DynaMed from the Library Home Page.
- Click on the DynaMed
mobile access link from DynaMed
and enter your email address. The link will be located at the top
toolbar. An authentication key will be emailed to you.
- Open the DynaMed
email from your device.
- Within 48 hours, tap on the link in the email to
authenticate the app.
Note: after 48 hours, users will need to request a new authentication key.
- Your device is ready to go!

EBSCOhost databases you will notice a new button to access a mobile friendly version of the search interface!
So now you should all be good to go! You have mobile access to our
Library Catalogue,
DynaMed and now all the other EBSCO journal databases such as
Medline & CINAHL with Full Text!

Now you can browse the holdings of the
Anne Ross Library on your mobile device with the added feature of a new
mobile-friendly interface!
Library World has added this new interface option to give you the flexibilty of browsing the physical and electronic resources of our library from wherever you happen to be.
To login:1) Click on the post title.
2) Enter our Library's name ~
AnneRoss Library ~ [
no space between Anne and Ross].
3) No password is required so leave it blank!
NOTE: Online materials that have been added to the catalogue include seamless linking to the full text ~ just click on the field
'Electronic Location and Access' in the item record.
