UMHS Provides Kaplan Integrated Plan to Basic Science Students

UMHS President Warren Ross is pleased to announce that beginning soon UMHS will be offering all our Basic Science students access to the new Kaplan Integrated Plan.  We are one of the first off shore medical schools to provide this resource to students in the Basic Sciences, giving our students a great jump start on preparing for the USMLE Step 1. UMHS students will no longer have to wait until the 5th semester at our campus in Portland, Maine to access these valuable tools. The information will also be useful as an additional resource with content and video’s which correspond to each of the basic science courses taught in St. Kitts. The Question Bank is incredible and once again a great tool to test your overall knowledge. The Integrated plan contains the following:
  1. Over 2,100 newly updated USMLE type questions
  2. Full explanations and reKap summaries for all questions
  3. Streamlined user experience with progress reports
  4. Simple test creation and test-like interface
  5. Customized study plan structured around your performance
  6. 26 Mastery Assessments
  7. 40-70 hours of online interactive videos
  8. 2 full-length simulated exams
  9. Mobile-friendly and available in the Kaplan App

The attached video provides further details about the program and how to utilize it. Additional information from Kaplan will be provided soon along with a webinar to further explain the benefits of this plan. Click here to view a short video introduction to the Kaplan Integrated Plan.
