Here is a great article written by John Siracusa who was involved in the 90's with the beginnings of e-books. He talks about the history of why e-books are in the state they are in today, including his theories on the stereotypes, semantics, and connotations of the term "e-book". Interesting and insightful read.
Also, your links aren't live Ann.
